No Guarantee of Outcomes

HireHubPro provides Job board Database, career coaching, and related services. While we strive to provide valuable and effective services, the success of our clients in securing employment or promotions depends on various factors, many of which are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including job placement or career advancement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireHubPro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses resulting from advice, information, or recommendations provided through our services. You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk.

Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide to us, including but not limited to your resume, cover letter, and personal background. We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided by clients. You understand and acknowledge that any decisions you make based on our advice or recommendations are at your own risk. We strongly recommend seeking additional professional advice before making significant career-related decisions.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireHubPro, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and interns from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your:

• Breach of these Terms of Service or any other agreement incorporated herein by reference.
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringement of the rights of any third party.

Modification of Terms

HireHubPro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Online Service Terms

Eligibility

• Collecting or tracking the personal information of others
• Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping
• Engaging in obscene or immoral activities
• Interfering with or circumventing HireHubPro’s security features or those of other websites or the internet

We reserve the right to terminate your access to HireHubPro for violating any of these prohibited uses.

Intellectual Property

Unless uploaded by users, all content on HireHubPro—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layouts, underlying code, and software—is the property of HireHubPro, its affiliates, or relevant third parties. By using the HireHubPro platform, you acknowledge that these materials are protected under applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property and other relevant laws. Reproduction, copying, distribution, storage, or any other form of reproduction of HireHubPro materials is strictly prohibited without express written permission from HireHubPro.

Disclaimers

Availability of the Service

HireHubPro is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be free of defects and/or faults. You acknowledge that we may, from time to time and without prior notice, remove the Service for indefinite periods or cancel it entirely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility, and satisfactory quality.

HireHubPro assumes no responsibility for any interruption or unavailability of the platform caused by external factors. These may include, but are not limited to:

• ISP equipment failure
• Host equipment failure
• Communications network failure
• Power outages
• Natural events
• Acts of war or terrorism
• Legal restrictions and censorship

Your Job Seeker Data

As a Job Seeker on HireHubPro, you engage in various activities and provide different types of information. For instance, when you search for jobs, HireHubPro records and stores the job titles you search for and click on, their locations, the general salary range or experience level (if specified in the Job Listings), the Job Listings you apply to, your activity level or the time of your most recent activity on the Site, and any other information you directly provide to HireHubPro, such as desired salary, past experience, and details in your HireHubPro Profile. You are aware of this data because you are the one who provided it or performed the activity, and it pertains solely to your actions. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that HireHubPro collects, records, processes, analyzes, and stores all information you provide and activities you undertake on the Site, as well as any interactions and communications you have with, on, or through the Site. You further acknowledge and agree that HireHubPro may inform Employers about your activities on the Site, such as whether you are online, recently active, or responsive to Employer messages on HireHubPro.

When you start a job application on a website operated by an Employer or its applicant tracking system, HireHubPro may collect certain information about you and your actions during your visit using automated means, such as [APIs](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/API), cookies, pixels, and web beacons. This information includes, for example, details about Job Listings you viewed and job applications you initiated and completed. Employers providing tracker functionality are required under this Agreement to provide any necessary notice and obtain any required consent as per applicable law. However, you acknowledge and agree that HireHubPro has no control over such Employers or their websites. You consent to HireHubPro’s use of, and receipt of information from, any such tracker functionality.

You agree that any data contained in or associated with Your Profile may be used to suggest jobs to you and to suggest you or your Profile to Employers who might be interested in someone matching your behavior on the Site. You also agree that HireHubPro may contact you based on this observed behavior or provided information on behalf of Employers or HireHubPro itself. Please note, the aforementioned actions do not include information sent to you by a third party; however, HireHubPro may publicly display the fact that you have recently used the HireHubPro Site to correspond with a third party. Additionally, if Your Profile is set to Searchable, this means that HireHubPro may share all of the aforementioned information about you with third-party Employers. If you do not wish to share such information, you may set Your Profile to Not Searchable. When you make changes to your HireHubPro Profile, including updating, deleting, or changing settings, it may take a few days for the changes to be reflected.

HireHubPro, at its sole discretion, may add labels or badges to Job Seeker profiles, such as “Responsive Candidate” or “New Applicant.” HireHubPro determines the method by which such labels or badges are added or which Job Seekers qualify based solely on Job Seeker activity on HireHubPro. The absence of a label or badge may indicate that HireHubPro does not have sufficient data to determine if a Job Seeker qualifies. HireHubPro does not guarantee the accuracy of any label or badge and reserves the right to change or remove such label or badge features at any time and at HireHubPro’s sole discretion.

You may have the opportunity to provide HireHubPro with certain demographic information about yourself, such as your race and ethnicity, gender, age, LGBTQ+ community membership, and disability status, as well as whether you have an arrest or conviction record (“demographic data”). By choosing to provide your demographic data, you agree that HireHubPro may use it to evaluate and improve our products and share aggregate summaries of job seeker information with employers. If you do not want your demographic data to be used in this way, do not provide it to HireHubPro (or, if you have already provided your demographic data to HireHubPro, you can request it be removed). You further acknowledge and agree that another Job Seeker’s demographic data is personal information, and to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to request or view demographic data pertaining to any other Job Seeker.

Please note that HireHubPro may be required to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. This means, for example, that HireHubPro may receive legal process from courts or law enforcement to reveal user data, including demographic data.

Please also note that some Employers may ask applicants to voluntarily self-identify certain demographic information such as race, ethnicity, sex, disability, and/or veteran status along with their job applications. Some Employers are required by law to ask these questions, and you may see these questions when applying to jobs on HireHubPro. This is a separate process from HireHubPro’s collection of demographic data, and HireHubPro is not responsible for these questions. If you have questions or concerns about an Employer’s application materials, please contact the Employer directly or refer to their privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HireHubPro will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the platform or any information contained therein, regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable. Your use of the HireHubPro platform and its content is at your own risk.

These terms and conditions have been carefully drafted to comply with the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. Should any provision be deemed unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable. This severability clause applies only in jurisdictions where a specific term is unlawful.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireHubPro, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and interns from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your:

• Breach of these Terms of Service or any other agreement incorporated herein by reference.
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringement of the rights of any third party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible by law, and the remaining portions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.

Termination

These Terms of Service remain in effect until terminated by either you or HireHubPro.

You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by ceasing to use the HireHubPro platform, or by providing us with notice that you no longer wish to use our Services.

We may terminate these Terms of Service or suspend your access to the platform, at any time and without notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service. You will remain liable for all charges accrued up to the date of termination.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or operating rules published by us on the HireHubPro platform (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and HireHubPro relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the HireHubPro platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms of Service or related to your use of the platform.

Changes to the Terms of Service

You can review the most recent version of these Terms of Service at any time by visiting this page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms of Service at our discretion and without notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform. It is your responsibility to check for revisions periodically. Your continued use of the HireHubPro platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
